At Moots Cycles, we stand by the craftsmanship of our premium titanium frames and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our Steamboat Springs facility.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that bike frames and components are padded to prevent scratches during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package to the address listed on your RMA form.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
